About It’s simple—we are into music, art, skate culture, and potentially geeky none-categorized oddities. I enjoy good tunes and unique art, and am obsessed with digesting them with others. I tend to be overly critical of music but love to hear other people’s perspectives. I have always fancied the skate scene. I also like good video games, but have yet to beat one. I am not sure if my lack of skill or patience is to blame. And kittens. I really like kittens. Titus Andronicus: Local Business:: Review

Armed with three chords and the truth, lead singer Patrick Stickles of Titus Andronicus attempts to conquer the many demons of rampant consumerism on third album Local Business. Along the way, Titus Andronicus look inward as to what makes a man, “Ecce Homo,” have a food fight, go insane and then try to quit smoking. Titus Andronicus’ shenanigans are accomplished without a variety of key changes and this lends a flat, bland sound to the proceedings. Titus Andronicus have good intentions although they should take note that it’s hard to get your message across when variety is largely absent.
