The UK has been crowing about The Jim Jones Revue for about two years now. If you couldn’t tell, The Jim Jones Revue is a high energy, retro-rocking group largely influenced from Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Jerry Lee Lewis. “High Horse” is taken from their sophomore album Burning Your House Down which will be released on August 16th. Mojo Magazine’s Phil Alexander claims this is the best rock and roll band on the planet right now. Is he right? Enquiring minds want to know or at least be challenged occasionally.
