The Handsome Furs are content with their juxtapositions. The jagged guitars of Dan Boeckner mesh next to the icy beats of wife Alexei Perry and create a disorienting listen. The new single, “I’m Confused” radiates with a punk vocal fused to technopop as it examines life in the 21st century.
